We love that it has a convection oven option too. Looks great in our kitchen and does a great job. Love it!

The microwave is quiet. And it cooks like it should. The interior is ugly compared to other brands I was looking at. The steam and steam container don't work as good as wrapping your food in a wet paper towel. I bought this because of the internet connectivity. It is a waste to time. The app so far has not been able to identify any food I have scanned. Asking google to turn the fan on and off is ok, but not worth the extra money. I think there is a version of this microwave without internet. The UI is not the easiest to navigate. The stainless may be fingerprint proof, but the glass and button area is not.

Very sleek design. Great function. A little more complicated to install due to cord placement but manageable and worth it.

Wanted a combo microwave and convection oven for motor home. The one chosen was a good brand and good quality. Very satisfied with choice and price.

It is bigger and heavier than my old microwave but I am happy with its features.

Overall, the controls are fairly intuitive. The microwave function is quite powerful - it heats faster than my previous unit which was supposedly rated the same wattage. The bottom light is quite bright. The only negative is that the exhaust fan is quite loud even on the lower speeds. On high it has the wind noise as expected for a 400 or so CFM fan. On low there is sort of a hum which is quite loud. It's not bad, but not the most quiet fan ever. This is my reasoning for the 4 rather than 5 stars. I have not used the convection function yet. Dimensionally, this is quite a large unit. Make sure if fits your space. I had to trim some backsplash tiles.

This is a great microwave. All the settings are easy to use. Love the no fingerprint stainless steel. Great product!

We have had this for just over a year and have had a few weird glitches with not being able to start the microwave because it keeps telling us to close the door, but it’s already closed. We have to unplug it, reset the clock, and then cook... hopefully. Today it indicated that the light was off after pushing the button, but the light didn’t actually change settings. The fan was also on high (I turned it on while cooking), nothing was baking or cooking below, and when I pressed the button to turn it off, it wouldn’t turn off or go to a lower setting. We are just passed our 1 year warranty so there’s nothing we can do. I’m not happy as this is an expensive microwave, and we’re stuck with it. Our last GE microwave lasted 15 years without a single issue until my daughter forgot her spoon in her oatmeal bowl! I pray that there’s a recall soon so I don’t have to worry about a fire or electrical shortage.

Purchased this unit a few weeks ago so it’s to early to fully evaluate. But thus far it’s cosmetically appealing and does the job. I have not tested the wifi and app features yet as I primarily use it as a standard OTC microwave. One drawback that I find is that the icon (switch) for the counter light does not illuminate when you touch the panel at night. So you have to let your finger feel around the general location of the panel until you find it. Not so good as you will have more finger prints on glass door. Not a deal breaker for me, but I thought that this was an obvious mistake in engineering if you are designing a descrete touch panel. That’s why I gave it 4 out of 5

Once I read the manual as I was not here for installation, what can I say one of the best appliances I have ever bought. The look of this appliance is gorgeous, several fan and light settings. I have not yet used the convection oven yet, but am looking forward to it.

Great size and love all of the features it offers. Still trying to figure out a few of them but overall I like it. The only thing I don’t like is how long the preheat takes. I think my regular oven heats up faster than this does.

This is a great microwave for beginners to semi Pros. Easy to use. Very specious cooking compartment.

This microwave feels like the quality is so much better than the last 2 Samsung microwaves I have bought. I cannot believe how quiet it is when it is running. Best Buy Geek Squad did the installation and the guys that came out did a fantastic job.

Great American made convection microwave. Happy that we decided on our Whirlpool product!

I never thought I needed a smart oven until I had this installed in my kitchen. Although I had some initial challenges getting it online, once I did we've been using Alexa to set reheat settings, defrost settings, and popcorn (family favorite), so its ready when we get the food in the microwave. The popcorn setting really is better than even my previous microwave which was only 5 years old and has been able to pop our bags without burning them thanks to its sound sensor. I've also automated the microwave surface light so that it turns on when there is motion in the kitchen at night without blinding you. My only complaint would be the size of the door. It swings out quite far, which isn't too big of an issue in my kitchen, but does seem a bit unwieldy at first.
