We have used the Convection mode and I plan to try steaming vegetables rather than pulling out our large vegetable steamer. Works completely by "touch menu"; big change from pushing buttons but seems to work great. Only issue is that both the Stove and the Microwave had large Time/Date displays but they don't sync to Atomic time or each other. We try to set them at the exact same time but the microwave seems to change before the stove. These appliances have WiFi capability; thought they might find a time source rather than require setting.

Last week, the door on the inside started melting to the frame of the microwave. We didn't even have the unit turned on, we just started smelling burnt plastic.

Under mfgr 1 yr warrantee, bought a 5 yr extended policy, highly recommend getting one. Our appliances dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave ovens all have been replaced in the past 4 yrs. The microwave twice.

Opened box and screws were missing, both sides dented, back corner dented, and the front door dented. Of course Best Buy offered to replace it (another week and another day off) or credit $75. Disappointed

Tech is awful when it breaks

The reset does not work either. Can’t get anyone to come look at it for another week which is crappy because this is the only cooking appliance I have thanks to Best Buy. There is no online support it’s basically just calling to set up an appointment.

Terrific Multi-Purpose

This has been great, love the defrost function , even slow cook steaks utilizing it. Spouse cooks roasts via Convection Function.
