The only draw back is the timer is so quiet we miss when things are done and it shuts off and doesn’t remind you by dinging again if you haven’t opened the door to get your food/drink out.

Remember if you buy open box you will need a mounting bracket. Best bet is to call manufacturer and they send one.

OK, not terrific...

Overall it works, the sensor is not terrific for baking potatoes or reheating anything. The biggest disappointment is the light under the microwave, it barely lights up your stove area when it's on high.
