I am really enjoying this microwave oven. It is quiet and very functional. The end of cycle chime is much better than the usual buzzer. A plus!

Loving this microwave so far. Cooks everything pretty close to perfect, except popcorn. Keep a close eye on that one. But in general, my food doesn’t come out overheated or dry. Sometimes I have to cook it a little longer than in my former microwave, which was an older GE model. For example, a baked potato took longer than usual. I think it would take about 5-7 min in my old microwave; it took maybe 10-13 min in this one, I think. However, it didn’t come out overcooked or hard. It came out kind of closed to oven-baked. I would recommend it.

Microwave works great. Have used many of the features like melting butter. Fan seems pretty quiet and light 3 brightness levels. The microwave is sleek and looks great above my stove. I am very happy with my purchase.

Really like my new microwave. I can heat more thank one thing at a time, the sensors have kept me from burning several things (like popcorn), and it’s simple to use. So far I’m very happy

Very satisfied with this microwave. Heats evenly, easy to operate, and has a pleasant sound to let you know when it's finished instead of an annoying beep.

Looks really nice and matches our other black stainless appliances well. No issues, to date, with its operation.

Pros - Microwave looks great with it's stylish stainless. As far as over the stove microwaves go, it was reasonable to get it installed. May husband does construction and we found a video on Youtube with good detail. Seems to heat food quickly and evenly. Cons - I miss the 1, 2, and 3 minute quick buttons. My previous GE microwave would cook 1 minute when you pressed the number 1 without pressing time cook first. It would do the same for 2 and 3. That was super handy as 1 minute is a typical setting for me. This new microwave does not have that feature, but does have several specific presets for quick items.

This is a great microwave that has preset settings and sensors so you don’t over cook anything. I even defrosted a chicken breast without cooking the sides!!

Second time My household has purchased this model microwave. We have been using this whirlpool microwave for about 1 to two months ,have had no problems.

My first one quit so I was able to reorder a new one shipped to house due to COVID no in store shopping. I really loved my first one unfortunately it was my fault it broke and had it to many years for warranty.

We love the look of this microwave. It was easy to install and works great! I highly recommend!

It's a nice, easy to use, appliance withe a two shelf feature. Love it.
