I had an old whirlpool decided to buy another one to replace the old. Love the fact I could use the same existing brackets without having to you the new ones. Fit like a glove.

The inside is silver instead of white, which I like. The control panel is easy to use and the signal when the cycle is complete is pleasant.

THe buttons are not easily pressed. I have to practically hit them to start them. I cant get sensor or auto cook to work easily like I could on my old icrowave. I need the book by my side and it still isn't clear how to use.

She didn't have enough space for the 2.1 cu ft. But it has the same features except the turntable is 12" here vs 14". installation was easy works great so far

It looks great, and works very well. The control pad on the right side is nicely designed and easy to use, and we like the upper rack that was included. Happy with purchase.

It was loud and didn’t heat well. It finally died. This one is quiet. Heats throughly. Exactly what I expected. Hard to beat Whirlpool.
