I'm on my second one of these and I will say that the first worked as advertised for the almost three years that I had it when it suddenly stopped warming food. I spent some time with a service tech over the phone who said most likely it was the magnetron or diode that had gone bad and the cost to repair was at least $225 and not worth the cost to repair. That being said, I plopped down the money for another one of these with the expectation that I'll get at most another three years out of it. All these companies love to market about being environmentally friendly, but make products that are junk after three years.

The most frustrating part of the transaction was waiting 45 minutes to an hour for a person to help me. He was there by himself had three people in front of me I was the fourth one waiting. But when he was able it went quickly he helped me choose a product and He got me a good delivery date and time frame. The person who delivered and installed the microwave was very professional neat and clean.

Nice upgrade for my home kitchen, and the wife love it.

Microwave is perfect, only issue was installation. First attempt showed up with the installers and the item was dented on the front and side, no hardware and no paperwork. Had to wait another week with no microwave. They removed my old one to install new but when they couldn't since it was apparently not new, they wouldn't put my old one back up. They stated they were not allowed to install used equipment. Really, they just took it down.

Best Buy (or the installation company) had to reschedule this delivery twice, but they did a great job once it was scheduled. The installation was quick and done correctly. Very happy with the microwave, it's a little bulkier than I expected, but we have the room above the stove, so it's fine. If you have a very limited space, make sure you measure. Overall, happy with it!
