Love this microwave! Wish it came with a few more printed instructions for all the setting, but very happy with it.

The installation on this was a little tricky because the template didnt seem perfect but was good enough with a little effort. the other downer is the suction for the fan doesnt seem to be as strong as promised. cooking works great though.

Great product. The timer sound is great, noticeable but not annoyingly loud. Gives you a calm reminder chime should you forget you have something in the microwave. Very pleased with this purchase.

I needed an over the range microwave for basic use. All of the ones that grabbed my attention were in the $300 - $400 range. This one went on sale for $129 for the 4th of July and it was a no brainier. It works well and meets my needs.

Nice microwave. Turntable is smaller than I am used to. Tone to signal food is done sounds like a child’s toy, so I turned off that tone. No problems though.

I purchased this appliance to replace a similar one. This is an over the range microwave with option to exhaust externally. Unlike the one I have that has the exhaust vent at the top center, this exhaust vent is at the bottom. So, I would have to fill in the current exhaust penetration in the concrete and cut another one out at the bottom to make it work. Returning it today and will keep looking for one that I can confirm how it exhausts.

My first one quit so I was able to reorder a new one shipped to house due to COVID no in store shopping. I really loved my first one unfortunately it was my fault it broke and had it to many years for warranty.

Good microwave, closely matches my previous one. Just hope this one lasts longer then the previous one did at 3.5 years. No issues so far. Defrosts and heats food well and evenly.

I have to give 3 stars for now. 1st microwave had bulb blow in less than one day. 2nd microwave bulb worked as well as timed cooking, but individual buttons did not. So when you pressed popcorn button, it started for a few seconds then stopped. We tried several times across a few days. But it never worked on the 2nd microwave. Hoping third will be better

Works like a charm. When it came time to replace my previous Whirlpool microwave, of course I went with Whirlpool again. This model isn't quite as quiet as my previous one but it's exactly what we were looking for and we're very happy with the purchase.

The over-the-range microwave is everything I expected. I like the fingerprint resistant stainless. The inside is silver instead of white, which I like. The control panel is easy to use and the signal when the cycle is complete is pleasant.

Fairly easy to install. Works well and fan is quieter than my old microwave.

things get really hot, great improvement over out older one

We purchased this microwave a couple of weeks ago and it has been great. We love it. Looks great and cooks fast. I've installed a few Microwaves over the years and this time thought I'd let bestbuy do it. They installed fast and did a great job.

Our old Samsung microwave died and my husband and I were able to install this on our own fairly easily. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. Love the fingerprint resistant feature.

We love this microwave. Had to get a new one when our old one died. This is more powerful. Heats faster and cooks much better than our old one.

Works great, the coating on the interior makes it easy to clean. The chimes are annoying but I think I can change this! The metal handle gets hot from the stove being right below it.

So far everything is working the way it should. But who knows what'll happen in a couple of months, companies are not making their products like they used to.
