Good product for the price. I bought this item as an open box and didn’t know it was going to look this great.

I had the same before but the handle was broken because of the way my kids were pulling the handle. But the microwave was functioning properly. I bought the same model but the handle was better on this model.

I was worried it might look big over the oven, but it is beautiful. I love that it is optional to be tiered on the inside and I feel like everything is heated up evenly and thorough. Super happy!!!

Very satisfied with the cooking features on this microwave. Love the 30 second warming feature and the black stainless steel finish.

Excellent all around. No complaints. Love the smudge proof finish. It replaced a unit nearly identical in operations so not a lot of adjustments to make in using it.

This is a great product, a little deep for a microwave so make sure to take into consideration. Only complaint is the brightness of the display. At night its blinding and illuminates the entire room in blue. Would be nice to be able to adjust.

Good sales person who applies his workplace preferences over the standard to make sure he is completely in control and in communication with the transaction and the customer.

Everything went well until team showed up to install Microwave. They said they would not install without a cabinet above it. Salespeople didn't mention that, and I wasn't handy enough to know in advance.

I did some price comparison and found this at an open box price at a local BB. Great microwave. So far it has reheated and defrosted very well. I haven’t tried the steam option yet. Looks like a good buy at a good price.

This microwave did not fit into our house. The cabinets were too long so the door would not open. I tried calling to find a replacement microwave that would fit in our space. Best Buy sent the same EXACT model. I had the delivery driver take back both microwaves and have been waiting 2 months - and have called numerous times - to get a refund. This entire experience has been awful. I will not be buying major appliances from them again. Stick to local shops instead!

Nice microwave - doesn't do anything super fancy but it matches all other whirlpool appliances and makes our kitchen look good

Love it can do two levels when we need it to ,or just one with the rack out ,easy clean interior is great best thing of all.

The Whirlpool microwave’s overall quality seems good. Best Buy’s performance is terrible. I ordered the microwave in January along with a matching refrigerator and range. Finally in June all three were delivered, but when unboxed by Best Buy’s delivery crew it was immediately evident that the refrigerator was badly damaged (smashed on one corner) and I therefore had them seek a replacement. They were to install the microwave, but were not equipped to do so and left it sitting on my floor for me to handle myself. Further, they broke the glass turntable while removing it from the box. Best Buy had delivered a replacement turntable the following week. But I hadn’t noticed until when my friend arrived to assist me with the microwave’s installation that its side and underside corner were dented. We decided to install it anyway since I have been without a microwave for so long, but I am highly disappointed in Best Buy on all of this and have virtually no confidence in Best Buy’s ability to obtain, deliver, and install pristine and un-damaged appliances. I do not believe that Best Buy’s crews are sufficiently trained in either protecting appliances as they transit Best Buy’s warehouse and delivery flows or in their delivery and installation. Further, I observed the Best Buy delivery crews’ hurried behavior. The store manager seemed efficient, but was unable to quickly obtain for me a replacement for the matching refrigerator and I accepted a different brand that does not match for a discount. Shortly after its delivery, the non-matching refrigerator went on sale at Best Buy for the same discounted price that he had arranged for me, making me again feel slighted. This entire Best Buy experience has left me highly disappointed.

The wire rack in the middle is not really beneficial. I find myself frustrated that I have to constantly take it out and put it back. The microwave it’s works great! Also don’t just put the rack on the botttom and use it.... sparks!!!

I have had this one full year no problems. Works great. Cooks evenly.

The microwave looks great. The interior light is really dim. I read the reviews and people did complain about the light. It’s absolutely true. But at least it does the job.

Great value. There is no reason to blow tons of extra on a microwave. Works great and the chimes are nice and pleasant and not obnoxious.

It is loud. The fan has to be running while in usage.

We needed a new microwave and my first thought was Whirlpool! Haven’t regretted it yet. I love the solid feeling when closing the door and the reminder beep when you leave something in the microwave.
