    The first 2 arrived damaged, but Best Buy came through each time uninstalling, reinstalling to replace it. I'm very happy with it!

    The 1st one that was delivered was damaged and couldn't install it had to take it back order another one went to store to pick up took a week to get in, hopefully being installed today.

    Current unit still working after 13 years. Hope new one lasts just as long. Use microwave a lot more than oven. Getting new unit before I have problems with the current.

    This microwave is ok. Shows fingerprints all the time. Never feels Or looks clean after cleaning it. There's a meta rack that you're not supposed to put in there unless you're cooking two things at once. but you wouldn't know that unless you read the instruction manual.

    Was looking for a nice black finish other than the glossy black you see with most overhead microwaves. Love the steel black finish. Microwave works nicely too.

    Great delivery they did a great job narrowing down the time from 12 to 8 to 1 to 4. Installation went smoothly and they did a great job.

    The only problem is the dimensions, when the door is open you have to add another 1/8”. If you are replacing your microwave this add a tremendous amount of work.

    Good when it works, but unfortunately over 4 years I’ve had to get 1 replaced and 1 new one serviced I’m not sure why these go bad so fast in my experience

    This is a nice unit. The reason I gave 4 stars is because when using stove top and it gets hot it has a auto fan that can not be turned off. Other than that no issues so far.
