    Replaced a GE microwave with a Whirlpool because Whirlpool has never failed me. Attractive microwave. Only issue is, there appears to be no one touch/quick cook buttons?

    Doesn’t work as well at moving air under the microwave as the previous model but other wise it works well.

    The vents on top of this microwave are wide open, no grid to cover them. Contacted Best Buy and they said that is the way they are made. Checked other brands and their vents are covered with a grid. Will have to be careful getting things down from cabinet above stove as they could easily fall into the vents. Took 6vweeks for install

    love that fingerprints don't show as much as other stainless products shelf inside is a bit in the way have to remove to heat up a lot of items

    This microwave is smaller, looks nice but we found it to be noisy. Best buy is providing us a better model as a replacement
