    Problems with the vent from fort time use, the vent absorbing from te too and damaged your cabinet trim and door above the microwave.

    Would have given the microwave 4 stars, but it came heavily dented. We ended up just putting it in anyways, as the dent was in the back and the bottom of the side so you couldn't see it. Probably should have gotten a new one, but too much trouble. Microwave works great, love the features and it looks great.
