Not to impressed with this microwave

However after only having it installed for a couple of weeks, it stopped working. It totally turned off for a couple of hours, came back on and worked for another 2 weeks. Then the clock would turn off when I would turn the fan off, and now after only having the microwave installed for a total of 6 weeks, it has totally stopped working. Luckily Best Buy is very easy to deal with and it will be replaced quickly. Hopefully the new one will be better.

Take the metal shelf out before you do anything. I think that was the culprit. I wish the shelf was adjustable.

The door switches failed on the last one, and the door on the new unit closes even harder/louder which is horrible. I expect the door switches in this unit will also fail and probably sooner than the previous unit. Order the unit on-line as continuity with the other appliances was the most important factor. Appliances today are more expensive and they are not built as well. It's a lose-lose. Put me down as disappointed.
