Extremely limited info from Whirpool on how to use it. Very very difficult to operate. Not obvious benefit from convection use. Manual very confussing and short. Bestbuy sales person did not have any idea about convection microwaves which cost $500. Not trained by Whirpool.

Seems this microwave is also a convection oven which I am happy to have. The instructions to install were easy to follow but thought after all these years, the templates and hanging rack would be universal-this was not the case.

We decided to go with this microwave for two things 1) the reviews 2) the convection oven. For family get togethers the convection oven gives us more oven options for cooking. This has worked great so far.

Everything was delivered promptly and with great care.

The Whirlpool - 1.9 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave combined with its convection capability far exceeds the convenience and function of my prior ovens. The stainless steel exterior and control panel are beautiful.

Very pleased with my purchase. Microwave has lots of features and the convection cooking feature is what had me sold. Great quality and would look great in any kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Bought this May 2017 so far works great however it draws to much power I suggest to designate its own circuit breaker to prevent tripping if other appliances

As I said, this replaced an old GE model. We were looking for a microwave that does more than a typical microwave. I have several "new" things that are very convenient! First is the reheat pizza. You just have to enter how many slices and it automatically senses/times it. They come out at the perfect temperature. Second would be the steam feature. No longer do I have to boil water on the stove to steam veggies! Use the supplied steamer container, place you green beans, broccoli, whatever, and use the dream function. The veggies come out perfectly aldenti. Great product!

This is by far the best microwave I've ever owned. Works amazing easy to use and looks great. The only and I mean only thing is the clock light is sometimes dim in compared to the middle of the day light.

I love this microwave! It seems huge when you open the door, which I really like. All the buttons work how I'd want them to, and it looks nice in the kitchen.

This seems to be a great convection microwave. Geek Squad installed it perfectly in our RV. The product came only with a "quick" user guide. Booo Whirlpool.....there is sooo much to know about this unit that is not intuitive! Lots of room for improvement in the documentation area. That is whh only 3 stars.....would give the geek squad installers 5 plus stars! They were extremely protective of my RV, and hauled away the old unit

It runs so quiet!!! Seems to cook evenly. My only complaint is the exhaust vents seem larger and more visible than other microwaves.

We use the convection oven all the time. Microwave often of course. Cook pizza and wings using convection. Very happy with this purchase

Picked this model for the flexibility to either microwave or convection cook. I find myself using the convention more often than microwaving! Pizza comes out perfect!
