    I am so very glad I purchased this microwave, it is very quite when in operation and does everything its description claimed ... the only reason I withheld a star is due to mounting, it was a booger to install. Some people wrote reviews about not having enough operating instructions, I solved that problem by searching this model number on youtube and found many useful suggestions.

    We have only had this a couple of weeks and haven't had a chance to try the convection oven but this is very solidly built and looks just great with the other matching kitchen appliances we bought. We have had awesome success with Whirlpool in the past and I expect the same quality and longevity with these as well. Just need to learn how to cook with convection heating. :-)

    I bought this model a few years ago. It worked well, but had a problem where the sensor occasionally did not recognize the door was closed. It eventually stopped recognizing it permanently, and I had to buy a new unit. I bought the same one, so it would be easy to reinstall. Not a bad microwave, but I wish it lasted longer the first time.
