I have got it replaced twice as the Microwave was damaged in the box itself. I am waiting for the new piece to arrive because the item is back-ordered and currently managing with a slightly damaged one.

Noticed whirlpool had a recall on similar like models for potential fire hazard; this particular model is not listed on the recall.
