We replaced our previous whirlpool microwave. The bracket was the same so it was an easy trade out for installation. The only con I would say, is that the light inside the microwave is very dull. It doesn’t affect anything, but our other ones have been much brighter. The fan works great as does the light that shines onto the stove. There is no ‘night light’ option on this microwave like previous versions. All in all, this has been a good purchase thus far. Have used the popcorn button several times and let it ‘sense’ and cook, and have had no issues.

The only issue i have is the door. It’s so loud to open and close! I’m old, short and arthritic so it’s not easy for me to open and close quietly.

I replaced a previous one of the same model (out of warranty) because of decreasing lower power output. What I found different is that the lower door retention latch is very hard to close (extra strong spring) and the door only opens to 90 degrees being stopped by the left hand housing panel. Otherwise the microwave works perfectly.

It is exceptionally easy to clean, the bulb over the range doesn't burn out every two weeks and we don't have to guess on actual heating times any longer. Night and day difference between this and our GE, which dies after just 2 years.

This is the best microwave I have ever purchased. I love the sensor cooking and the inside is coated with a teflon-type of coat that is super easy to keep clean.

It’s a very Good product and i like the colors and stile,design, and I like that no make noise when is cooking.

Straight forward operation and plenty of interior space. It heats things up quickly. My only critique is the lack of volume control. As far as I can see this model only allows for on/off volume rather than low/high.

micro was installed 0n 2Feb and has worked to our expectations constantly, it has all of the necessary features we were looking for and we do not have any complaints at this time. the installation crew did a very nice job of removing old and installing new micro in a very short period of time then cleaned all trash and removed to their van very good service and product

Not only is this microwave a great and easy to use but best buy got it to us a day earlier than they thought it would be. Great service at a time I really needed it.

This is the recommended replacement for my previous microwave. It fits and works perfectly. The installer did a great job. I have no complaints.

First time for putting a microwave over the range. Works well and looks even better.

Looks and operates great so far. Has been installed for 2 weeks now. we bought it to have all appliances match by brand and color. we expect it to function as good as the Whirlpool that it replaced.

My research paid off. This Whirlpool OTR Microwave is just beautiful, very efficient, spacious and so easy to use. Best Buy had what I was looking for. The customer service at the Merced location was excellent. The installers were friendly and experienced in getting the Microwave installed. Thank You Best Buy!
