We bought this for our breakroom at work. It works well, easy to clean and no issues so far.

Best Buy (or the installation company) had to reschedule this delivery twice, but they did a great job once it was scheduled. The installation was quick and done correctly. Very happy with the microwave, it's a little bulkier than I expected, but we have the room above the stove, so it's fine. If you have a very limited space, make sure you measure. Overall, happy with it!

seems fine so far. The last one didn't last very long. Easy to install.

I'm on my second one of these and I will say that the first worked as advertised for the almost three years that I had it when it suddenly stopped warming food. I spent some time with a service tech over the phone who said most likely it was the magnetron or diode that had gone bad and the cost to repair was at least $225 and not worth the cost to repair. That being said, I plopped down the money for another one of these with the expectation that I'll get at most another three years out of it. All these companies love to market about being environmentally friendly, but make products that are junk after three years.

this unit fit right in my kitchen and the set was at a great price, and everything worked great very happy.

Nice microwave, highly recommend, easy installation

The microwave is easy to use. The touch panel wipes clean without any dials.

The product is great. Works as a perfect replacement to existing over-range solution. Mounting hardware even lined up identically. Only downside was it took over 2 months from time of initial order to eventual delivery. This included having to cancel the original one and start over.
