Good when it works, but unfortunately over 4 years I’ve had to get 1 replaced and 1 new one serviced I’m not sure why these go bad so fast in my experience

Everyone in the house really likes the new microwave. Functions great and the fingerprint resistant finish works very well. Quite happy with the purchase.

This microwave is smaller, looks nice but we found it to be noisy. Best buy is providing us a better model as a replacement

The vents on top of this microwave are wide open, no grid to cover them. Contacted Best Buy and they said that is the way they are made. Checked other brands and their vents are covered with a grid. Will have to be careful getting things down from cabinet above stove as they could easily fall into the vents. Took 6vweeks for install

I replace my old microwave with this one based on the recommendations of the Best Buy sales person and it turned out to be a good recommendation.

This is a nice microwave that works well. I wish it had a quick start feature so you would could just hit the 1 instead of entering 1:00.

It took me a while to figure out how to use without using the steam setting. Also I had a devil of a time trying to set the clock

This is my second whirlpool with sensor feature. I particularly like the ease of the non stick interior which cleans up in s breeze.
