We have it connected to attic vent and it's louder than the previous microwave that vented into the house. The 92 dB exhaust fan always runs no matter what you do. Wan't to heat something for 30 seconds, better grab your ear plugs. If you have an open floor plan, forget having conversation or watching TV while this thing is running.

It is not strong and many times the smell of food is spread all around the house. It is embarrassing when you have guests in the house. The smell of the cooking gets trapped in clothes and the hair of everyone in the kitchen.

Undermount light is placed to rear of microwave instead of front or center.

They take ypur money, tell the date to pick up in store, then the very next day tell you it's unavailable for pickup on the day they said but they're working on seeing when it will be ready and will email me. Then not another word from them yet and its been over a week
