Purchased old appliances with all new Whirlpool. I like the features of this unit but the first microwave died within the first year and was covered under warrantee. The replacement lasted 4 years. So if you like disposable microwaves this is the unit for you. Replaced the Whirlpool fridge 3 times before I got one that worked.

Was almost an exact replacement for an older microwave that had failed. Didn't have to remove the mounting bracket. Works great and the teflon interior seems to be very easy to keep clean.

I purchased this product a couple of weeks ago, but hadn’t used it. I reheated pizza today and loved the fact that once I hit “reheat,” it gave me several options and pizza was one of them - then it asked me how many slices. The pizza came out PERFECT!! I can’t wait to use it again.

Heats as quickly and evenly as any microwave I've used. The vent feature works fine. It's worth paying for installation; it's not really all that complicated once you know what to do, but it took me 4 hrs to be sure I wasn't messing up. There is no room for error when installing this thing.

Works well, except not sure how to easily defrost bread. No express time cook buttons. Other buttons are excellent. Looks good,

Thus is our second purchase for this microwave. The previous one we had for some years and the latch eventually broke off so we decided to go with the sane grand and model just updated version. Workday as great as the one previous. Heads evenly with no complaints!

Just what we expected in microwave function. Sloppy installation 1st Saturday October 2023. Hopefully better installation November 7, 2023.

Great microwave! The only thing that’s missing is the ability to press 1 and it starts for a minute or 2 for 2 minutes, etc. You have to actually press the cook time or continue to add 30 seconds.

Looks fantastic, works great . Fan and heating is quite quiet. I don’t need a lot of functions and this one has several more than the old one I had. This microwave is not cheap but on sale and with all the positive reviews I had to get it. I wanted a quality unit and got it.

Works well, our GE lasted less than 2 years. Will have to see how it performs. The reason we choose this one was the in our old house we had a Westinghouse and it gave us no trouble at all and was working well when we moved after 9 years.

Product delivered by Best Buy Promptly, professionally and in mint condition. This is microwave #4 and is the best of the lot. The sensor system works extremely well. I am sure there are machines with more bells and whistles but I don't think you can find any that are a better value.

Seems to heat up well but it is really loud when it runs. I wish it had a one push minute button. And the beeping when it’s done is kind of annoying.

We replaced a 12+ year old microwave with this Whirlpool. It was quite an upgrade from our old microwave, it has more features and functions much better. One downside, it is not as fingerprint resistant as I expected.

This is an excellent microwave. We had a Whirlpool similar to this one that lasted 10 years before turntable stopped working. Rather than get it fixed, we purchased another Whirlpool. Works great.

Great microwave. It has many setting including one that can turn off all beeping noises. It has a rack so that you can microwave multiple things at once.

Steam feature is a game changer I love it and would recommend

A nice addition to my other appliances. Replaced 15 year old microwave with this one and so far very happy with it. It was a great upgrade and matches my other appliances very well.
