Great microwave. It has many setting including one that can turn off all beeping noises. It has a rack so that you can microwave multiple things at once.

Best Buy did a wonderful job installing the microwave. They took care to prepare the space before beginning and did an excellent job. However, the microwave is of poor quality. I read several reviews and did tons of product research but missed a few things. There is no quick start buttons, something I truly miss.

Product delivered by Best Buy Promptly, professionally and in mint condition. This is microwave #4 and is the best of the lot. The sensor system works extremely well. I am sure there are machines with more bells and whistles but I don't think you can find any that are a better value.

This is an excellent microwave. We had a Whirlpool similar to this one that lasted 10 years before turntable stopped working. Rather than get it fixed, we purchased another Whirlpool. Works great.

A nice addition to my other appliances. Replaced 15 year old microwave with this one and so far very happy with it. It was a great upgrade and matches my other appliances very well.

I bought a Whirlpool over-the-range microwave 7 months ago, and it’s already having serious issues. Grease somehow got into the internal components and caused damage. When the technician came to inspect it, he couldn’t even explain how it happened, but despite that, Whirlpool refused to cover the repair under warranty. This is a venting microwave, yet it clearly isn’t built to handle normal cooking conditions. Imagine if this were a washing machine and water leaked into the control board, and the manufacturer just shrugged it off as “normal use.” That’s basically what Whirlpool is doing here. I expected better quality and accountability from a brand like this. If a microwave can't even make it through a year of average use, there's a serious design flaw. Worst part is that they try to dodge the issue by blaming everything else, that's a product I can't recommend.

Purchased via BB website and based on reviews so we were a little nervous. Works as described and matches our other "brand" appliances. Delivery and install was on point.

Bought on sale to replace my microwave which had a broken turntable. Few weeks later, price dropped and Best Buy adjusted price. Geek Swuad did terrific job installing it

Nice microwave but cannot see the panel without reading glasses since numbers are small and not lit. The light is in the back of the unit instead of the front so not much illumination. Miss my precious LG brand.

Love this. Beautiful and perfect! Little chime song is not annoying either!

Seems to heat up well but it is really loud when it runs. I wish it had a one push minute button. And the beeping when it’s done is kind of annoying.

My in visit store was good. The gentleman that helped us was helpful and took the time to find the right fit for us. We have had the microwave for a month or ore, and we are happy.

So far- no complaints. The only thing that I did not like was there was no instruction booklet to describe all the different settings.

Whirlpool microwave works and looks great. wish surface light was little brighter and install overlay was better with locationa for drilling holes.

I purchased this the beginning of the pandemic and it sat till I felt safe having someone in my house to install it. I finally have it up and love it! The wait was long but worth it!!

We replaced a 12+ year old microwave with this Whirlpool. It was quite an upgrade from our old microwave, it has more features and functions much better. One downside, it is not as fingerprint resistant as I expected.
