This microwave did not fit into our house. The cabinets were too long so the door would not open. I tried calling to find a replacement microwave that would fit in our space. Best Buy sent the same EXACT model. I had the delivery driver take back both microwaves and have been waiting 2 months - and have called numerous times - to get a refund. This entire experience has been awful. I will not be buying major appliances from them again. Stick to local shops instead!

I have always been partial to Whirlpool. I upgraded my kitchen and this was part of the upgrade. Great product, great durability. Highly recommended!

We’ve had this microwave for about 4 months and love it. I appreciate the different Reheat presets.

The microwave was to replace the previous Whirlpool Microwave. It fit perfectly into the space and the brackets and wholes matched up perfectly ove the stove. It works perfectly.

We are very happy with this purchase. The finish is very nice and coordinates well with our other Whirlpool appliances. The controls are intuitive and easy to use.

Great looks. Easy to use control panel. Large turntable and heats quickly. Adjustable power levels. Good buy and even better when you bundle multiple items. Definitely would recommend.

This microwave was really great & we loved it. Worked wonderfully. But… it has only been 2 1/2 years since we bought it & it already died.

Looks good in the kitchen with the other Whirlpool appliances. Love the audible rings and beeps. Potatoes do not always cook correctly with the factory presets. Turntable is easy to keep clean.

Decent replacement for my old microwave. The turntable could be bigger & the night light is in a bad spot and not that bright.

This new microwave replaced my older GE microwave that died for no reason. The install was simple and it's working great! The clock lights are SO freaking bright though

I would have given it 5 stars except it was hard to install. The bracket could have been better and the pattern for placing the screws was flimsy and hard to place.

Got a great deal on the microwave but it is a little noisy. Also the display is blue so hard to see the clock from afar. Otherwise it is a good microwave

Great so far had one month now hope it last as long as my last whirlpool microwave 18 years

The installation by Best Buy's technicians was fast and convenient. The microwave itself heats somewhat unevenly, hence the four star review instead of five.
