Everything about the purchase, down to finding the microwave that matched my old one in size, the delivery and installation was so easy and professionally handled. The sales lady that helped me was so good at helping me find exactly what I was looking for. it works so well and is easy to operate. The installation was so efficient and my technician was so helpful in showing me how to operate the microwave.

Cannot use the stainless layer inside
