We use this a lot and it has worked very well thus far.

This is a very good unit, I purchased an entire kitchen and this unit I installed myself. It works very well, large enough for the job. I only rate this unit this high because I installed it myself. Read my other post on the terrible customer service and the installers.

I bought this microwave as part of a whirlpool package of all brand new kitchen appliances. I have had it for about a month and so far I have no complaints. It heats food up fast, it's consistent, it's not loud, and it looks great with the Whirpool double oven below it.

Great looking microwave. The added features such as the "popcorn" setting are really convenient!

i am in the process of changing out the appliances from white to stainless. my only issue with this microwave is the clock. it is hard to see from an angle and it isn't too bright. i have a whirlpool wall oven and the clock is much easier to see and it is much brighter.

This microwave was a replacement for a simluar make and model. The old one was estimated to be 20 yars old and was starting to fail. This microwave has worked flawlessly since install and is recommended. Installation was easy with 2 people.

Having it located over stove is super handy. The option of turn table and rack is great.

I would totally recommend this microwave for the price. It was easy to install and works great. It's a little bit louder than our previous one that stopped working. But not bad at all. We love the sound that it makes when your food is finished.

We are redoing our kitchen and after reading the many good reviews it got and liking the look and features at a really good sale price, I bought it. It's still in the box while we finish putting kitchen back together, but I'm excited to put it to use!

Great product and price for the item I will buy it again not retreat

We purchased this as an open box buy online. The first one had a problem with the door and wouldn't work (found out after we hung it). Best Buy was great and sent us a new one. The new one is great! Quiet, works like a microwave should.

Purchased this microwave to replace what was our 3rd microwave that was just something to hold us over until we decided to replace all our appliances. While this may be 100 watts less than our previous one it's much quieter and the door opens and closes much smoother. We purchased this as an open box "damaged" item as it had a small dent on the side.. where it could not be seen anyway because it is obscured by the cabinet so why not buy it. For the $85.00 plus an extra 10% off because it was part of a full set of appliances we were purchasing I was willing to give it a try and see, We've had it for about a month and it works great, For less than a third of the regular price we got a really great deal. Best Buy has some really good open box deals if you're willing to drive to the location where the item is..

I purchased this item as a replacement microwave for my broken microwave

I love my new Whirlpool microwave. It cooks great and evenly. I even like the alarm sound when food is finished cooking - it's not annoying like my previous one. I like all the different options for cooking and how easy it is to use.

It does a lot of things. It has a rack, two light levels, and three speed fans.

Replaces 10(?)y/o "similar" Whirlpool model but the new one has MORE features and weighs MUCH less, making it reasonable for a hub/wife to install. Very happy with stainless model. We ordered and picked it up in the store. Great deal.
