Set up at my home with Geek Squad at Best Buy. I was very pleased at the quality and worksmanship as well as the ventilation feature that really comes in handy when cooking on the range/oven below. spacious and elegant item.

This microwave was a great purchase. It fits great and heats perfectly fine.

removed older one and this one fit perfectly. no drilling for new holes or anything. some others said that the fan is noisy i did not find this true. but the done chimes is a little quiet. wish it was a way to make it louder

I am very pleased with the appearance and ease of use and installation of this product. The only area of concern is the handle becomes very hot if the stove top or oven below are in use, though the clearance is set at the recommended height.

I bought this microwave to replace a 10-year old Whirlpool on which the door had cracked. Installers arrived on time and had the old microwave removed and the new one installed within 15 minutes. Product and service were excellent.

I am very happy with my purchase. This microwave looks great and works good. The only thing they could do is make the beeper at end of cycle alot louder. If the vent fan is on just on low speed, you cannot hear it unless your on top of it.

I had the black version of this microwave. The door broke so I had to replace it with the stainless steel model. I figured at the price it was a good deal, especially because my old one lasted me 4 years without an issue.

Love my new microwave. Easy to install and easy to install, just make sure you have a helper for last step (attaching to wall). Love timer and metal rack inside. Matches perfectly with my Whirlpool stove. Would recommend!

Don't throw away the box. The top of the box has a cardboard template used for mounting. Features and buttons are very intuitive. Easy to understand instructions. Didn't use damper/option. Left configured for recirculating vent.

Very nice looking appliance, and the delivery was handled through UPS, so that was very convenient. The features are great, and the size is slightly bigger than some of the other models, but worth the extra space.
