did not receive the glass tray with the microwave!

This is the best microwave I've ever owned. It's sensor cooking and heating is amazing. Love the perfect popcorn setting and the lower chime. It's quiet yet enough sound to know your food is ready.

this microwave meets advertised specifications and expectations

I've never been a fan of stainless steel appliances, but this looks very nice in my white kitchen. It works great, it's fast, and I especially like the little signal at the end of the cook time.

Fabulous stainless microwave. All the bells and whistles you could ever want or need. It would have been 5 Stars, but it was dented when it was installed. And It took too many phone calls afterward to resolve.

This microwave does things you may not be accustomed to like sensing when your soup has been heated to what it already knows to be the correct temperature. It works well and I would recommend.

I owned a whirlpool microwave for nine years before it stopped working. I researched several different brands and seriously considered purchasing an LG microwave, but after watching a video about replacing and installing a new microwave I reconsidered. The video said if we get the same brand we might luck out and have the same mounting as the old one. We narrowed our research to only include whirlpool brands and found the best price for the size and style at Best Buy. We were able to use the same mounting screws, and installed it in 15 minutes. We also saved $100.00 by installing it ourselves. We are very pleased with our purchase. It cooks evenly and has several setting to select just what we need.

Has a lot of settings my prior microwave didn't have (feature to turn off the turntable, timer, brightness of under-mounted light, etc.) including a rack to be able to nuke 2 large dishes at once.

bought this product on sale...wanted anew microwave for some time. installed it myself...piece of cake for those who work alone. appearance is exemplary. thus far no issues with cooking/re-heating.

Exhaust fan not as noisy as previous whirlpool that we replaced. You also have an extra fan speed. Heats stuff up really quick and looks sleek.

This is an almost identical replacement of our old microwave. It fits great and is working wonderfully. The installation people did a wonderful job. Super satisfied with this purchase

Perfectly matches the range. Door is so easy to open/close. Build is very sturdy and it's not noisy at all. I've used it often since the purchase and no problems. Very pleased with this one.

Love my new microwave, this is a replacement to my 14 year old microwave. So far everything is working good, is very user friendly. Delivery and set up was professional.

Nicer than i expected..easier to use than expected.. Easier to install than expected... A+ piece of high tech equipment..

So far, no issues with this microwave. It works well, does what it is supposed to do. 4 stars because we've only had it a couple of weeks. Will review again at a later date.

Bought this for our ski condo to replace very dated previous appliance. Happy with it thus far. Only downside is the chime to signal end of cooking is a bit annoying.

Great microwave...bigger than what I expected because I ordered online ...I just wish it came with everything you need to hook it up with instead of paying extra for it.

This is a good microwave. It is hard to see the time on the clock sideways and it is not very bright buyt it is ok when u are close. Other than that a very good microwave

The microwave works great and I installed it I the original spot. Everything lined up and required no new drilling of holes. All functions are very easy to use.
