    I'm sure the over the range micro is very acceptable, however, the display light is so dim it cannot be read in the light. I talked to Whirlpool twice and they had no solution. We returned the micro and exchanged it for another brand. We were disappointed with Whirlpool, but I have to say that Best Buy Management did an excellent job of making the exchange acceptable. Not so sure how I feel about rating Whirlpool, but would give Best Buy an excellent rating.

    The microwave I received from Best Buy was defective. The motor makes a loud noise. It sounds like a plastic bag is attached to the fan as it spins. Best Buy is exchanging the microwave for another microwave. We will see how this one sounds.

    This is a good microwave with great features. We long the sound and melt option. Sadly I took two stars because the first arrived dented even though there was no damage on the shipping boxes. We suspect quality control wasn't good.

    It looks nice but the vent fan doesn't suck up very much air so any steam from cooking on range just goes up. As a vent system worthless. And no speed button for 1,2,3,4,5 minutes. But cooks good and fast

    Product works well although I had occasional sparking from the metal rack and also the back clip that holds the rack broke and whirlpool would not replace it
