    Kind of noisy when running. Fan doesn't really work that well when boiling water on the stove, condensation gets all over the front. Maybe the next higher up one is better, but it wouldn't fit my space. Don't really like it...

    We purchased new Whirlpool refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, double oven, and microwave 2 years ago. Microwave went bad recently and Whirlpool would not back up their product. Many people on WP customer website have complained about the same problem with the digital display going bad, yet they won’t fix it. I also purchased a Whirlpool dryer 8 months ago, so I was a loyal customer. NO MORE!!! I am finished with WP products, TERRIBLE customer service.

    It's an open box it came severely damaged. So I refused the microwave because it was so it was so damaged! I was very Dissatified!

    I purchased this product after looking at it in the store. It was shipped to my home. It came in with several damaged spots on it. Returned it to the store and had a replacement shipped to the store. When unwrapping it at home, we found dents in the outer shell. Returned it to the store. No idea how the product would have worked as we had concerns the dents may have caused further damage to the internal controls.

    Microwave was severely damaged upon arrival. Both sides dented in and door would not open

    Missing a important bolt hole

    I had this put in by a man who installs microwaves. If I had not, it would have needed to be returned as the top of the microwave was missing a bolt hole. So now it has side braces holding it up.

    I ordered from web.. #3 times it was delivered Broken, I had to get it back to store. myself loading and unloading... I gave up third time : it is banged badly.. in my kitchen.. reminding me about horrible experience... Will never buy it from Best Buy.. It is Worst Buy !!!

    Received an open box item instead of a new one

    I bought the new microwave online with installation. However, finally the installation technician delivered me an open box item without any menu, manufacturing warranty information etc. There is a dent in front of microwave and some scratches elsewhere!

    The product I received is defective and needs to be replaced. The service was bad from Geeksquad. They missed two appointments for that I had to took day offs from my work. Requested for compensation. No one replied. I am still with the defective product.

    Door latch defective

    The door latch on the microwave was defective so you had to constantly put pressure on the door handle to get the power to stay on. The latch periodically would not engage so the interior light would stay on as though the door was actually open.
