I have to remove the shelf inside to heat up a taller coffee cup or containers the same height. Other than that I like it. I've had it for 3 months. I like the sensor setting to reheat. Baked potatoes and frozen veggies turn out great. Heats food quickly. Looks nice over my stove.

After looking at a couple different options, we went for this Whirlpool range. So far we love it! Of all the ranges we have had in the past this just blows them away (especially that it came with convection at this price point). The digital user interface is simple and user friendly and easy to read. What impressed us the most is how quick the cook-top heats up and stays hot for a while after turning it off, which is a nice feature imho so I can turn it off while I still have other things cooking. The stove portion is by far the best feature as I was pleasant surprised that it came with the convection feature (I thought I selected the one without). This cuts the bake time down for roasts by about 25%. Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase.

The only issue I have is the microwave has an open vent on the top in the front. Since our installation is a little lower than many others, A 6 foot tall person can see into the top of the interior of the microwave. It is an odd design feature.

I bought all of my new home appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, ovan, flour mixer machine). All were delivered on time and safely. The delivery guys were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend buying from BestBuy.

Poor Craftsmanship

For starters, the hinges on our unit were defective and made the door sag. This caused the unit to not allow us to heat our food because it said the door was open. It would take several attempts to open and close the door before it would finally allow us to heat our food. Well, today the door latch inside the unit totally broke, and the door itself will not latch at all. I am very disappointed with Whirpool and this sub-par product. I am sure that we will get a replacement, but I'm also sure that it will be an absolute hassle. All of this is not worth it. Buyers beware!

The presets are nice but you still have to click through a bunch of options so it's kind of pointless. Sensor sort of works. Also if you select a preset you can't use the add 30 button so if you want it done more you have to start over. Stupid really. It looks like you have a lot of features, but really it's just a basic microwave. Best Buy installation was terrible. Never showed up the first appointment. 8 hours late the second. Never use Best Buy again.

Great microwave for idiots!

If you try cooking multiple bags of popcorn it will shut off the microwaves and stop cooking. Then your stuck with half a bag of seeds. Doesn't matter how you try and get around it it'll do it. You'd think by buying a cheap nuker you could just cook. Nope! How this got 4.6 stars is beyond me. Or do people...had it for 6 months now, did you?

Don't buy this microwave!

It's great when it works, but I bought mine in January of 2016 and it's now broke for the second time. Last time it cost me $250 to repair. This time, I'm going to GE!!
