I've had this refrigerator for nine months, and it has been disappointing on a lot of levels. First (and the biggest issue I have), the freezer door keeps popping open. I have had to put tape on it to make sure it doesn't come ajar and defrost the freezer, which happened once. It occurs mostly when you close the bottom refrigerator door. It causes the freezer door to come slightly ajar. That is just poor craftsmanship. Second, the refrigerator is loud. It goes from most of the time, being quiet to then kicking in and just being loud. I was shocked by this initially. Lately, when it kicks in now from being quiet to this louder noise, it is almost making an alarm type noise, which is unbearable. Third, the refrigerator is flimsy. The plastic insides that are used to hold the food on the doors are just flimsy plastic. I adjusted my freezer door plastic, and it broke. Had to tape it together. I realize this is a cheap refrigerator on a budget, but I wish someone just said some of these things, so I was aware of the issues, especially the freezer door popping open, which is the worst.

The first refrigerator we received built up a lot of frost in the freezer and could not regulate the temperature in the refrigerator section. This was supposed to be a frost free refrigerator and the amount of build up was not good. We just recently had it replaced so we will see how the new one works. It is very inconvenient when you have to have something brand new replaced. The good part of the review is the staff at Best Buy were very professional and understanding and took care of the replacement and delivery with no hassles.

It works perfectly and the size is great for small family

I bought this for a basement kitchenette and it works perfectly! It’s sleek and clean looking, has plenty of room inside, and doesn’t take up too much space in my small area. I did not purchase the ice maker so the freezer has plenty of storage space too. Very pleased with this purchase!

The refrigerator is big enough for me and takes no place

Price is really low but works fine!! Good product.

While checking out my freezer I notice tape over a seam at freezer top door. I thought it was just tape until I started to remove it and then noticed that the seams did not come together. Poorly constructed. Honestly I wanted to return it but due to timing I accepted what seems to be a defeat in construction. Overall the refrigerator does work. Also the color was not what I expected Stainless steel with grey sides instead of black and it holds every fingerprint or smudge that touches it Not happy about that

Regards of being set on minimum or maximum, the temperature stays at 32.5 degrees.
