Arrived scratched and missing items

However, it arrived scratched and without any shelves/trays inside the freezer. I called Best Buy customer service 7 times within a full hour and spoke with everyone from appliences, sales, customer service, warehouse, deliveries, and geek squad, and no one could ship the missing items or arrange an exchange. I am not sure if the original faults were Best Buy's or Whirlpools, but this reflects poorly on both companies.
