    It works just fine, but had dents on the side and paint missing from the door. Also it wouldn't fit in the slot of my kitchen, so Its kept in the living room. I was planning to get a cheaper one that was a little smaller in size, but I was assured by a salesman that this one would fit before I purchased this for delivery in store.

    The stainless steel finish is horrible and shows lots of marks and stains.

    Freezes food in the main compartment

    After the warranty expired the main compartment started freezing food frequently. Food and, on one occasion, medicine has been ruined. Turning the temperature down has not alleviated the problem.

    The ice maker has broken twice and when you call for service they send techs out that tell you it your fault because there is too much in the freezer , at $200 a visit .. If you call the company it takes an hour to get through ,, then they put you on hold and then you are disconnected

    I recommend this refrigerator for like a small office or for someone a single person with no kids. The refrigerator is a good one. My problem is that is too small for my family size. I have 2 small children and I couldnt fit alot of drinks on the top shelf. Plus the shelfs on the door are too narrow.

    I bought this as a spare refrigerator for the rec room by my pool. The monochromatic stainless steel finish is horrible. There is a white film on it that wont go away and the soda cans have frozen and pooped twice even though I have it on the recommended setting.

    I waited 1/2 hour while the store rep talked with her buyer-friends. They said “we’ll come back when you call us about the sale” then she messed up the order and the fridge I got was 1/2 the size of my current one. Delivery man tipped me off and told me to send it back. At least she didn’t break any of her 2 1/2” finger nails helping me.

    I had 4 refrigerators delivered to me before I got one that was not damaged, missing parts, or not working properly. This was a Whirlpool product which is the only brand I have ever purchased in the last 40+ years. Now I am having doubts about Whirlpool and would not recomend them to anyone.

    Thought we were purchasing a new one but the one we received was had major dents on the side, bent coils and a hole in the drip pan. They are suppose to replace it on Friday- hoping for better luck the second time around but not sure how the first one made it by quality control.
