Whirlpool says it will take 2-3 weeks to fix under warranty and I am expected to live without a refrigerator during that time. Stay away from this refrigerator and from Whirlpool - this experience is a total nightmare. I am so disappointed and angry.

Constantly having temperature issues, the magnet to close the doors are not strong enough so once you close it doesn't stick so you have to give it another push. It leaks water from the back of the fridge coming from the freezer. The freezer always has temperature issues also. I regret buying this product.

Total piece of trash.

Just had to throw out over $100 worth of food two days before Thanksgiving. Best Buy tells you to contact Whirlpool, Whirlpool plays the impossible maze game. I'm really frustrated and upset. We cannot afford to just throw this money down the drain!
