The unit operates as expected, that is, it keeps the food cold or frozen. The great thing about this purchase is that it did not take weeks to deliver. The unit went into a rental apartment unit so it was important not to have a long delivery time.

The first one was great, but was included with a house sale. Efficient compact design. Holds constant temperature without icing. Generally used for beverages. Would purchase again.

We had a technician from Best Buy come out this morning who said “for this model there’s nothing he can do and we need to unplug our fridge for two days.” What was the point of that?
