This did not come with a drain pump, it is only optional. It should have been made clear that you might need to spend an extra $500 for this when you buy. Plus Best Buy doesn't even sell it!!

Has been fixed once and waiting on the repair company again. It’s a different issue. This is way overpriced for what you get. I do like the water filter as our last one did not have one. But this unit has only worked a few month out of the ALMOST 1 year we have had.

Did not even last 1 year. Had whirlpool come out to fix it 3 times, with no success and they would not replace it. Waste of money and horrible customer service.
