They don't make things like they used to.

Every day I check for frost. Today I found ice on the lower vents. Requested Best Buy to send out a repair person to check the freezer. They sent out a delivery group of men. They said nothing was wrong with my freezer on day 8. Well all I know is that a freezer should not have ice.
