So far so good. Keeps everything frozen, and runs quieter than our last freezer. Plenty of room for our family.

Just the right size for a small family. Adjustable shelves and temperature control. Best yet - Frost Free!

Freezer was to help store our new annual meat purchase and was able to hold 1/2 pig and a 1/4 cow with room to spare. Delivery was perfect they even took it to the basement where we wanted it. It is made in the USA so this one was in stock and able for delivery when we needed it by. No frost, no issues with the product itself was in working order. If there is a way to order extra shelves that is the only thing I was looking into doing to enhance the product.

Had to replace my older freezer. This one is awesome! Larger than my older one, works excellent and is quiet!

Works well for our family of four for extra frozen storage. Quite and freezes all foods well.

It is a nice size to fit into my house. The shelves are very easy to reach for access of merchandise. It seems very economical at present.

I wanted a frost free with a lot of shelves. Love that it has shelves in the door. Small size for needed for the 4 of us. No hunters or fishing people in the family. Perfect fit for me. It also came pretty quick after I ordered during the pandemic. Lucky!!!!

My General Electric freezer that I bought 18 years ago finally died, so I needed a replacement. I went to my local Best Buy, picked out this freezer and had it delivered two days later. Delivery was on-time and professional. It was unpacked and setup in about 20 minutes. It was a nice perk to have delivery before 8:00 am local time. The freezer got cold quickly, which helped us save a majority of the food we had in the old freezer. The LED lights definitely make it a lot easier to see what's in the freezer than the traditional bulb we had in our old one. Shelves are adjustable and provide plenty of room. I'm completely satisfied with the freezer, thrilled that it's made in USA (Benton Harbor, MI) and completely satisfied with the Best Buy purchase experience.

Quiet running, perfect size and keeps food really frozen...,recommend this product

There are no fancy "bells and whistles" but this freezer is very practical. The coldness setting is easy to see and adjust. The shelves are very practically located and appropriate. The price is one of the cheapest for this size freezer. We've only had this product for a few weeks, so I cannot comment upon it's durability.

Worth the price... very spacious, I love that I could now organize and stock more for rainy days, can now prepare ahead our favorite dish; arrange it on this freezer beautifully for later and Voila! Delicious easy meal. Also, it comes with a key, so it worry free even when it is outside in the patio like ours. I just wish it is available with other color.

I bought this freezer to replace a 5 cu ft one that was over 30 years old. There's a ton of room in this one. I really didn't need one this large, but taking into consideration the price I thought it was a good deal. And to top it, it was in stock.

The freezer has the features I was looking for, available as soon as I was ready for it and I was the best price for that size of a frost free freezer on our market!! We are really happy with our purchase and the delivery process went very well.

The freezer has three temperature set points. The middle set points maintains the freezer at a good temperature. The shelves adjusted to meet our needs. The space is ample to meet our needs. There could be an additional shelve in the freezer items on the shelf would not have o be stacked so high. Otherwise we be a 5 accros the board.

It is great, and they are the only company that had any freezes within 250 miles from me. After placing the order, i received a call letting me know when the delivery would be, and that they could not bring it inside. Do to the pandemic we are in. They dropped it off earlier then expected, and where i asked them to. I was abke to move the freezer inside and setup alone. I'm happy with everything.

I really like this freezer, I previously used a chest freezer and the difference in storage is amazing. The interior light makes.ut easy to see inside. The only thing is wished it had was some type of light (power) indicator or something on the outside indicating its working.

It’s the perfect size for us. It’s well made, and the door opens and closes easily. Other brands we looked at in a different store, the doors were more difficult to open. It runs quietly as well. Would highly recommend.

the size is good. I wish there was one more shelf available, but otherwise it is nice & quiet too. the delivery guys were nice and very efficient.

Almost went with a chest freezer. This was a way better purchase. So much space but beat of all everything is easily accessible. As for function, everything is frozen. The rapid freeze is great when stocking it. It maintains well. Highly recommend.

Great upright for my garage. Shelves are super adjustable; storage space vs footprint is exactly what I needed. Noise level is fine for the garage; might be annoying if it were in the house.
