Great great looks awesome super sleek and fancier than I thought but only down fall is that there is no freezer LED and the plastic wrapping on freezer door was like super glue, had to get goo gone to take of residue.

Whirlpool is always very reliable. My Samsung refrigerator that was only 7 years old went out on me. I purchased this one to use as a back up, This one does not have an ice maker but it fits almost as many items as my bigger Samsung. I ordered a larger Whirlpool it's on back order for 5weeks. This one is doing the job well.

The freezer door has issues, 1) the freezer gasket has about a 1/4 in gap from the door to the body not allowing the freezer to freeze. 2) the door has about 3/8 in wiggle movement on the hinge, I have to lift the door up before being able to close it

The delivery was flawless, on time, and on target. Any problems that were discovered were addressed, and quickly remedied... The delivery crew was very polite, professional and proficient... Who can ask for more??

Beautiful design, plenty of space, glass shelves, extra adjustable drawer, big freezer with a glass shelves, door storage with adjustable shelves.

The fridge is working great for my basement bar. I save 5 star reviews for perfect items, but so far I have no issues with this item. Very good purchase that was the perfect finish for our basement bar.

I purchased this fridge after the Kenmore I had stopped be cool (pun intended). This fridge is thus far handling the job of food and drink preservation admirably. The interior lighting is excellent and the shelves are strong. I hope it lasts for years to come.

Was going to write a review, when it was a year old. But only lasted 7 months before it stipped working. Unplugged to do a reset. After awhile it did start working again. Notified customer service. Waited about a week, before someone came to look at it. Once the repairs were done, it worked for about 3 months. Now it doesn't work at all, even after a reset. Now I have a wait another week before a service tech come to look at it. Thank goodness I have a back up fridge to store my food in

Perfect refrigerator option for our garage, as there is no large ice making machine in the freezer portion, leaving plenty of space as a backup freezer. The wheels on the bottom make it very easy to clean behind it as well.

Maximiliano did a great job to find an alternative path to the location, as the original path was too narrow to carry the original refrigerator. The installation went well, and we could replace the old broken refrigirator with the new one, and it's now working fine. Thank you!

Given the pandemic, it took 50 days for this refrigerator to be delivered. Luckily, it was on sale, and I finally got it. Totally worth it! The stainless steel, style, and size is perfect for my condo, and it's so quiet that I walk by often just to make sure it's working!

This refrigerator was delivered on time with no immediate issues. About a week later the Freezer door would not stay closed. Call service and had them come out and correct the problem.

We got this for our g garage and it is working perfectly. Working with Best Buy was much better than working with Home Depot or Lowe’s.

Replaced a 30 year old Hotpoint with this wonderful more compact Whirlpool. We have limited space, too difficult to hook up to water, so needed a nice basic fridge. Love the fridge space, freezer a bit smaller but we have a freezer in the basement . .so works out great for us. Hope this one lasts at least half as long.
