Hard to keep clean and scratches no matter what pots and pans I use..the scratches do not come off..

Went to swap the door direction and on the top you have to pull out three flimsy "caps" to move to the other side. First came out but had "gunk" inside and wouldn't go down into hole. Second one the head popped off so I stopped. Had to call Whirlpool and they said they need to send a tech out to finish the door swap (which I've done plenty of times on other fridges). Tech will be coming in two more weeks...

After two days from delivery, the freezer started to ice over. This unit was replaced and the second unit was cracked inside with insulation coming out. It was picked up and I purchased a different refrigerator from another company.

Can't live with that. Looks nice. The shelving bits and pieces feel not substantial, like they would break easily. Cools down fast.
