The freezer door does not stay shut ~ many times when closing the frig door, the freezer door pops open. If you don’t notice it, it stays open for hours defrosting the contents and working against the hea in the house.

This item never got cold and the door light is broken. I am waiting for a replacement then hopefully it's going to work then I can give this item a another review. I got a lemon for a refrigerator!

The internal temps tend to fluctuate too often to the point where certain foods go bad due to the cause of freezing temperatures.

I reached out to Best Buy and was advised to contact Whirlpool. Whirlpool sent me a stainless steel brightner to use for 10 days to get rid of the rust. I've started using the brightner and will see what happens. Not happy with this fridge at all. Doing some research online I found out that Whirlpool has an issue with their refrigerators rusting.
