Good product but bad delivery team.

The problem we always have is the delivery team. It's either they forgot to call with the 30 minutes heads up or the merchandise was damaged upon delivery which created a hardship with our tenants.

The repair man who diagnosed it said it would cost ~$600 to fix it (we live in greater boston, so labor is expensive).
