    Noisy. SOOOO noisy. We could hear the compressor 2 rooms over. We tried to get used to it but ended up returning it and buying a different brand ( that was so quiet we kept checking to see if it was running). Other items: the controls were in the way for items on the self; the door was impossible to clean.

    This refrigerator is very noisy with very strange sounds. This is the second one as the first one was replaced, but this one is not as bad, but still very noisy. As I write this, it sounds like a train rolling over tracks. I am having Best Buy pick it up for a refund. I like the fridge, but the noise is just too much! Best Buy customer service has been outstanding regarding my concerns, but there is no way I could tolerate this noisy fridge!

    Very disappointed. I have never seen a newer fridge which doesn’t have door shelves large enough to accommodate large bottles and milk cartons. Having to store those in the refrigerator itself robs you of so much space. Compared to the exact same size GE refrigerator I replaced, this one is much much smaller inside. If you’re a cook, and don’t just store cheese and drinks, you’ll be very disappointed. The lightbulb inside is too dim as well. Very surprised that Whirlpool would sell such a subpar product and that BestBuy.com would carry it.

    Problems with a knocking noise

    This frig is still under warranty and the technician came out 3 times so far to change various parts but the noise still continues. Whirlpool will not authorize a replacement and will continue to send someone out to repair. Very frustrating to say the least.

    I didn’t receive any refrigerator what reviews do you want to do. I still waiting you give me the delivery. You only send me a broken. You suppose delivery never on August 3 until today I don’t receive any. Bad service

    delivered a damaged refrigerator the back was crushed on back side did not notice until it started making noise pulled it away from wall and noticed no way the delivery men did not know tried calling best buy twice on hold for over a hour both times never came back to phone after answering it

    I will never buy another appliance from you guys. The sales person was no help. Actually played me like an idiot when I was asking about which one has the best motor he said they all cool the food down. No kidding. I didn’t know that. I have been buying my appliances here for home and business and my rental property. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Freezer Gasket is faulty

    I have had this fridge less than a month and have already had 2 repair calls because the freezer gasket will not stay in place. The issue is still not resolved.

    Don’t know; don’t have because you will only put it in driveway and I am not strong enough to get into garage. But it is on my charge card bill I received today. Seems unfair for you to charge before delivery.

    The top of the fridge is actually bowed out, making it impossible to store much on top. Beside that it started making horrible noises after Best Buy's 15 day return policy so Best Buy refuses to help me.

    Wanted to replace my almost identical Kenmore refrig, which was 18 years old, before it conked out! Notice it makes a lot of noise, as if it had an ice maker(?). Otherwise, it's a good replacement. Size works well for my small kitchen.

    Freezer is untrustworthy

    The freezer door seal is so weak that you can watch the door pop open briefly when closing the fridge. Nothing in the door or close to the front of the freezer stays permanently frozen. Fridge was installed by Best Buy. Removing and remounting the door as directed by Whirlpool support in case the installers botched it still doesn't fix this. Fridge works fine. If you're considering this because it's cheap, lower your expectations about the freezer capacity, and keep it under 50% full, and check things kept in the door or near the front frequently to ensure they're actually frozen. Consider getting a separate freezer when and if you can.
