The first refrigerator arrived damaged on the side. This was at the factory because the box was undamaged. Best Buy installed it because my refrigerator had died and had a new replacement out within one week.

Refrigerator working fine, and delivery was perfect. It looks great, too, and fits into its designated space, which our first choice (out of stock) might not have. Plus it fit through our rather narrow doorway without taking the refrigerator door or handles off.

Highly recommend if you're on a tight budget. sleek design.

This refrigerator was worth the wait. Just like many other items, supply and demand requires wait for delivery. I chose this brand because my other refrigerator is a Whirlpool and has lasted 20+ years. It even survived the flood in 2011.

Love the look of the whirlpool Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator. The refrigerator portion is spacious. The freezer is a bit smaller than I had imagined, but it will work. The size was perfect for the 31" opening in our 1956 ranch-style home. With that said, the appliance began making a loud noise after 24 hours of use. I called a repair person (we purchased the 3 year extended warranty) to come to our home and fix the problem. The repair person was unable to determine what was causing the loud noise so it was decided that we would exchange our refrigerator with a new model. I'm giving this frig three stars because of the outstanding customer service we received from Best Buy. They made an on time delivery, removed all packaging material from our home, responded to my concerns about the noise when I called and are exchanging our frig with a new one without any hassles. Best Buy, you're the best:-)

The top door will not close unless I push it hard. I thought it was a "Soft Close" door. The hole at the bottom of the top door where the Styrofoam is injected to insulate, leaks pills of Styrofoam. The plug is defected. I know this because I checked the bottom freezer door and it has a perfect plug. This is the third time that I've responded to these email questioners and no response. Please help.

This was perfect for my kitchen and at a great price. If I could change one thing would be having more flexibility in the shelf adjustments in the door.
