Bought this expensive gift for my sisters house warming. Within a year of purchase it stopped working. We called for service they said it’s not covered and need to pay. We got it fixed and it stopped running the next year. This time they denied the services. It’s hard to believe two year old refrigerator stop working twice with that time frame.

The refrigerator is the perfect size for me, and, I love the lower freezer drawer.

We need this size fridge to fit our kitchen. It is no frills, but clean and effective. We are not using the ice maker. First time with a bottom freezer, so we're so happy with the refrigerator on top so that groceries are at eye level. It is solid and working great. It did fill up fast, but we have WAY too many condiments. We are a family of four and have room for seltzers, beer, wine, milk, etc. If you haven't gone bottom freezer and are considering, I have to say "DO IT!" It is a game changer.

After a minor operator-error issue I discovered that the Best Buy Total Tech plan cannot be used until the manufacturer's warranty has expired. I was not told this during the purchase despite discussing the Total Tech plan at length with the salesman. I then spent over 2 hours on hold for the Whirlpool repair department. To register the product I spent almost 45 minutes on hold waiting to get through to Whirlpool. The freezer section has a big drawer now instead of a door with a shelf, and it seems that a lot of freezer space has been lost. The grill that needs to be removed in order to vacuum the coils no longer snaps on, but is attached with screws that are difficult to access without lying down on the floor.

My ice maker stop making ice I haven’t had this refrigerator for a month yet. Also every time we open the refrigerator door my 2 vegetable trays slide out. Also I can’t remove fingers prints. I’m not happy.

Nice looking appliance, and works all well and good, as would be expected as an absolute minimum. BUT it makes a 10kHz whine. Cannot be on the same room as it, especially in the evening - headache inducing. Just like having tinnitus. Bestbuy and whirlpool don't seem to have any answer... Awful purchase. Disappointing for a brand new product.
