Stainless steel?

Only the front doors are stainless steel. The freezer compartment is a little small. Overall performance is good.

For one person I have more than enough space in both refrigerator and freezer. The delivery personnel were courteous yet professional and installed in a timely manner.

We got it plugged in, transferred food from the old fridge, and the tenants left to visit their parents, so I have no idea if there are any problems. The tenants love it. It holds so much more food that the previous fridge, they're delighted.

Perfect size in that it holds a lot of stuff and the compartments on door have nice depth so nothing falls over or out when opening.

From the salesperson at Best Buy to the delivery guys, service has been great. Never thought of Whirlpool for a refrigerator, but this model is really working out. More space than my last one, stainless beautiful, A+ all the way around.

I only wished they checked the bottom of the fridge during the walk around. When I tipped it over for transport, I noticed a white substance on the bottom. So far so good though. Friendly service.

There was one problem with it, we wanted to switch and have doors open on the other side, but the hinge was broken and we didn't want to bother with exchange as it would be another few days without refrigerator. Other than that, happy with the purchase.

Very good but not perfect

I had read a ton of reviews before buying it and there were quite a lot of 1 star. But I don't seem to have a defrosting problem, or missing parts or any of these problems. The one thing I agree with is the the bottom drawers are kind of cheesy. I had a Whirlpool before, for years, and those same 2 drawers were much sturdier. The new ones seem very light & floppy and will clonk into each other if not perfectly angled in. Seems like a bad place to cut corners to lower the price. I use those drawers a LOT.
