We place it in the garage as an extra. Our only complaint is the door does not close very tight. Closing the bottom door (refrigerator) too hard can cause the upper door (freezer) to crack open. We just learn and get used to it, so it's all fine.

Unfortunately one of the items were delivered with a dent but that’s nothing a little magnet can’t fix.

We were told it was "garage ready". We noticed about two weeks after delivery that the freezer did not reach the temperature set. We made adjustments per the manual but but the freezer was still not working properly. Had to throw out several items that were partially defrosted. We notified Best Buy but missed the return period and were told we had to call Whirlpool service. Not a pleasant task. Based on this experience, I regret buying this Whirlpool and would hesitate buying another Whirlpool product.

DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL

Opened up the freezer and everything was frosted over and it was so cold it even froze alcohol. I called BB because they sold me the total protection plan, which the plan for this was to call Whirlpool! Glad I had the plan. Whirlpool sent someone out and they said there was a defect in the doors and they would replace them but it would take 8 WEEKS!! I asked them how was i supposed to go 8 weeks without a refrigerator when i have kids and they said they would give me $50 towards buying a minifridge to help. That's their solution, buy a fridge from us and when it breaks down after six months we will give you money towards another fridge. My family will be having Thanksgiving with no refrigerator. Whirlpool is TERRIBLE. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
