    The second one is great!!! The first one was delivered and made and incredible noise and vibration... To great it replaced was a nightmare!!! Customer service is awful. Been a loyal Best Buy customer, but might start looking for someone else.

    This is the second time I have bought Whirlpool products. I had a good experience that's why I have returned to Whirlpool, this time a fridge. The last time it was a stove.
