    Came in with bent hinges (freezer door fell off when opened) and no light in the freezer. I called the number provided with the Refrigerator and reported the problem. The lady had no working knowledge of appliances and just sent everything associated with the hinges. New hinges arrived in a few weeks. I made the repair myself rather than returning the unit, because I know how.
