    I bought this so I could have the hugest reversed. Installers refused to do it, so I thought I would try it myself with a friend Of course, after the return period had passed. Well, one of the little “removable plugs” on top of the fridge appears to have been broken off. The other two were definitely not removable. Called Best Buy, on hold for over 20 minutes. Talked to someone, was passed to someone else, re-explained the story, was transferred a second time, and the department was closed. I called back and went through the hold and explanation again. Definitely stay away from this fridge if you want the hinges on the left, rather than on the right! Now they want to charge me $99 to have the hinges reversed!
