Freezer ices up badly, door switch doesn’t work

This per Geek squad who came to fix because I’m getting icicles inside my freezer. Unable to fix. Need new frig that comes with doors opening the direction I need. We will see if this happens. Will change to 5 stars if so.

Freezer not cold enough!

The replacement product bar works fine, but the freezer won't really keep things frozen. For example, ice cream is really soft.
