    We bought whirlpool fridge last month October 2024. After 3 weeks we called service person to check freezer as it was making loud noise( found out a tape was stuck with fan). When we buy new fridge we don’t expect this kind of issues.

    I bought this refrigerator October 2022 and it's not freezing or cooling. I'm really disappointed with the brand Whirl pool. People don't buy this product it is no good.

    The bar on the inner door of the first fridge was broken when the first product arrived. The replacement product bar works fine, but the freezer won't really keep things frozen. For example, ice cream is really soft.

    Even though it’s advertised as door opening can be switched, it leaves the doors not fitting properly. This per Geek squad who came to fix because I’m getting icicles inside my freezer. Unable to fix. Need new frig that comes with doors opening the direction I need. We will see if this happens. Will change to 5 stars if so.

    The girlfriend hates it. I don’t mind it’s design. However we both hate that the top drawer on the refrigerator door kept popping off & fell to the floor & broke.
