I reached out to Best Buy and was advised to contact Whirlpool. Whirlpool sent me a stainless steel brightner to use for 10 days to get rid of the rust. I've started using the brightner and will see what happens. Not happy with this fridge at all. Doing some research online I found out that Whirlpool has an issue with their refrigerators rusting.

Waste of money

The freezer only freezes the items below the shelve. The items in the door barely keep frozen. Not sure if I’ll be able to return this for something else. Don’t understand the good reviews on this.

So I have to re-schedule for another visit. The next available date was one week later. Fnally they complete d the install. I was not happy with their service - Overall

And went a week waiting for my frig(thanks Best Buys) Now, I had this frig for a month and two pieces broke off of it. Some Exposed areas of the refrigerator are not protected you see Styrofoam.

Refrigerator gave out quick.

Got it replaced for the same fridge. 2 years after the replacement broke from the same issue. Going through Geek squad is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. They kept giving me the round about. Worst Customer service I've ever had to deal with.

Using as a garage refrigerator

Using it in our garage and needed to add additional shims to get unit level beyond what was available in the unit itself.
